Job Summary

As an Electrical Site Manager at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in the energy transition by overseeing the installation of large-scale energy storage systems. Your daily responsibilities include managing construction sites from setup to completion, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring strict adherence to quality and safety standards. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician; or advanced qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician; or a University Degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
  • Professional experience in construction site management with a focus on plant engineering
  • Practical experience working with medium-voltage systems
  • Experience in creating HSE documents and conducting risk assessments
  • Proven track record in coordinating subcontractors and site handovers

Additional

  • High willingness to travel within the DACH region (4-5 working days per week). Must be capable of acting as an authorized person for medium-voltage switching operations. Valid driver's license required for company car usage.
