As a PLC Programmer in the energy sector, you will play a vital role in shaping the control systems for renewable gas (RG) and biomethane plants. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve programming and configuring Siemens S7/TIA and WinCC controllers, creating standard function blocks, and conducting plausibility checks on plant control systems. You will collaborate closely with engineering partners, manufacturing, and commissioning teams to ensure reliable gas grid injection. The role requires a blend of in-house software maintenance and on-site support, involving a travel component of approximately 10-20%. This position is particularly attractive for those looking to work in the renewable energy field with a stable, permanent contract, offering flexible working models and 30 days of vacation. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on Automation Technology or a qualification as a State-Certified Technician.
Experience
- Long-term professional experience with Siemens S7/TIA and WinCC
- Extensive experience in process and control engineering
- Proven track record in programming and configuring renewable gas or similar industrial plants
- Experience in technical documentation and software maintenance
- Experience in cross-departmental coordination between engineering and manufacturing

Additional
- Willingness to travel (10-20%); Must be able to work on-site in the Greater Bremen area; Permanent work permit for Germany required.
