Job Summary

As an Electrical Construction Manager at INTILION AG, you will play a pivotal role in the green energy transition by overseeing the complete installation of large-scale energy storage systems. Your daily responsibilities include planning site setups, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring high quality standards from inception to completion. You will serve as the primary point of contact on-site, managing safety protocols (HSE), conducting risk assessments, and collaborating closely with commissioning and project management teams. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician; or further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician; or a university degree in Electrical Engineering.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience as an Electrician, Electronics Technician, or Mechatronics Technician
  • Proven experience in construction site management, preferably within the plant engineering sector
  • Practical experience working with medium-voltage systems
  • Experience in creating HSE documents and managing accident prevention regulations

Additional

  • High willingness to travel within the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) for 4-5 business days per week. Authorization for medium-voltage switching is preferred. Valid driver's license required for company car usage.
