Job Summary
This role involves joining Germany's largest administrative school to train the next generation of public service professionals in Bavaria. As a Lecturer for Digitalization and E-Government, you will be responsible for teaching courses in both physical and digital formats, as well as designing and grading student assessments. Beyond core digitalization topics, you will cover at least one additional subject area relevant to public administration. The position is ideal for professionals with a background in public service who are passionate about modernizing government through education. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Master's level or equivalent) or a relevant university degree with a completed 'Fachprüfung II' qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience within the public administration sector
- Practical experience in implementing digitalization projects in public administration is preferred
- Experience in teaching or digital instruction is preferred
- Proven expertise in process and project management
- Experience in legal and specialized knowledge related to public administration
