As a Hardware and Electronics Developer at Kite IT, you will play a pivotal role in advancing medical technology through digitalization, automation, and robotics. Based in Mannheim, your daily responsibilities include the design, layout, and optimization of both analog and digital electronic assemblies, primarily using Altium Designer. You will be deeply involved in FPGA development (VHDL/Verilog), managing everything from architecture definition to timing analysis and system integration. This role is highly collaborative, requiring close coordination with firmware, mechanics, and quality assurance teams to integrate components into complex medical systems. You will also navigate product approvals under strict standards like IEC 60601-1. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Electrical Engineering, Communications Engineering, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in the development of electronic assemblies
- Profound experience in FPGA development using VHDL or Verilog
- Proven experience with ECAD tools, specifically Altium Designer
- Experience in commissioning, testing, and system integration of hardware components
- Experience in medical technology or working with IEC 60601-1 standards is preferred
