Job Summary
As a Microsoft 365 Solutions Engineer, you will take independent responsibility for the maintenance, further development, and optimization of complex M365 environments. Your daily activities involve high-level troubleshooting and providing 2nd and 3rd-level support for demanding scenarios. You will play a technical lead role in migration, rollout, and lifecycle projects, ensuring the continuous improvement of modern digital workplaces. Key tasks include managing user accounts, security policies, cloud services, and license management, alongside automating operational processes using PowerShell. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in Computer Science (ideally IT Specialist for System Integration) or a comparable qualification. Required certifications: MS-900 and MS-102.
Experience
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT systems or a related field
- Professional experience in the administration and optimization of Microsoft 365 environments
- Experience in managing migration, rollout, and lifecycle projects
- Experience in user support and handling ticket management systems
- Experience with security concepts and IT automation
Languages
Additional
- Must hold MS-900 and MS-102 certifications. Knowledge of MS-700/721, MS-203, MS-220, SC-200 or SC-900 is preferred but not mandatory.
