Job Summary

This role involves managing the global rollout of IT infrastructure for machine tools at Siemens Energy in Berlin. As a Project Manager for Digitalization, you will be responsible for supporting machine data acquisition (MDA) from specific industrial tools worldwide and ensuring their seamless integration into local Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems. A significant portion of the role focuses on the further development of middleware software that bridges the gap between machinery and local IT systems. Additionally, you will lead international knowledge transfer initiatives to ensure best practices are shared across global sites. This position is particularly attractive due to its long-term stability with a prestigious global energy leader, offering a highly competitive hourly wage starting at €30.00 and a 35-hour work week without shift work.

Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training or a university degree in Computer Science or a comparable field.

Experience

Professional experience in the field of machine data acquisition
Experience in managing global IT infrastructure rollouts for industrial machinery
Proven track record in integrating machines with MES or ERP systems
Experience in international knowledge transfer and sharing best practices
