Job Summary
As an IT Support Manager based in Heilbronn, you will serve as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries and incident reports within a 1st-level support environment. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve manning the IT Service Desk, accepting phone-based requests, and collaborating with customers to resolve issues using established documentation. You will provide general technical assistance to colleagues and ensure high levels of service quality. This role is ideal for candidates with a technical background or career changers who possess strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. Required Skills

Experience
- Professional experience in IT Helpdesk or IT Service Desk is preferred
