Job Summary
This role is situated within the Ministry of Food, Agriculture, and Consumer Protection (ML) in Lower Saxony, specifically within the 'Administrative Digitalization and Legal Affairs' unit. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for the cross-departmental coordination and conceptual design of digitalization measures. Your daily tasks include planning online services, drafting service descriptions for administrative processes, and implementing projects related to the Online Access Act (OZG) and register modernization. You will also support subordinate authorities in their digital endeavors and contribute to change management and artificial intelligence initiatives. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Public Administration (Diplom-Verwaltungswirt, Diplom-Verwaltungsbetriebswirt, or Bachelor's degree in Public Administration) OR successful completion of the Administrative Examination II (Verwaltungsprüfung II).
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration is required for applicants without specific administrative degrees.
- Experience in coordinating and planning digital administrative services.
- Experience in cross-departmental project management and conceptualization.
- Proven track record in organizational tasks and independent work within a government context.
