As a Sub-Project Manager for Construction Site Clearance, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that major infrastructure projects for a leading European transmission system operator proceed without obstruction. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve coordinating site readiness before, during, and after construction phases. This includes leading negotiations and maintaining critical communication with key stakeholders, landowners, and local municipalities. You will act as a vital bridge between the construction team and the permitting department, ensuring all easements and crossing agreements are in place. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Experience in leading project teams is highly desirable
  • Professional experience in linear or infrastructure construction projects is an advantage
  • Proven experience in negotiating with landowners and public authorities
