Job Summary
This role involves supporting PLC programming and process optimization at GEA Lyophil GmbH, a global leader in pharmaceutical freeze-drying technology. Day-to-day, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining documentation according to GAMP5 guidelines, ensuring high pharmaceutical quality standards. A significant portion of the role includes the commissioning of complex freeze-drying systems both domestically and internationally, providing technical support, and troubleshooting during ongoing operations. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to ensure efficient project execution and continuous process improvement. This position is particularly attractive due to its high compensation (26-30 EUR/hour), a 35-hour work week with flexible hours, and the opportunity for permanent takeover by the client company. The role offers a modern working environment with hybrid work options (2 days home office) after the initial training period.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in electronics (Automation, Industrial, or Power Systems) plus further qualification as a State-Certified Technician, Master Craftsman (Meister), or a Bachelor's degree with a focus on Electrical Engineering.
Experience
- Professional experience following completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician for Automation, Industrial Electronics, or Power Systems
- Practical experience in PLC programming using Siemens S7 or Rockwell ControlLogix
- Experience in creating documentation according to pharmaceutical standards (GAMP5)
- Experience in commissioning and technical support for industrial machinery
