Your daily activities will involve handling individual incidents and IMAC (Installation, Move, Add, Change) services, troubleshooting hardware and software issues for clients, and configuring PCs, notebooks, and printers. You will also provide hands-on support for mobile devices running iOS and Android and assist remote teams with network-related problems. A key part of the role includes documenting all activities within a ticketing system to ensure workflow transparency.
