In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for IT support for both on-site and remote users within a major university hospital environment. Your day-to-day activities will involve providing 1st level support, analyzing hardware and software malfunctions, and documenting issues within a ticketing system. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of end-user devices, including clients and mobile devices, while ensuring compliance with IT security guidelines. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training as an IT Specialist for System Integration (Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration) or an equivalent technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT service desk or 1st level support
- Experience in installing, configuring, and maintaining end-user hardware and mobile devices
- Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems and standard software applications
- Experience in technical documentation and ticket management
- Experience in a clinical or healthcare IT environment is desirable
