Job Summary

As a Field Service Engineer for the Materials and Structural Analysis Division, you will be the primary technical point of contact for high-end electron microscopy systems in the Berlin area. Your day-to-day responsibilities include performing on-site installations, complex repairs, and preventative maintenance for Transmission Electron Microscope (TEM) portfolios. You will also provide critical customer training on system operation and maintenance, manage local spare parts inventory, and coordinate with third-party service providers. This role is ideal for technical professionals who enjoy a blend of hands-on engineering and customer relations.
