Job Summary

As the Regional Branch Manager for the Hanover region, you will be responsible for ensuring reliable and efficient industrial maintenance services that maximize customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term client relationships. Your day-to-day activities involve leading and developing a diverse team, managing personnel planning, and overseeing the entire budget and financial control for your service area. You will act as a key point of contact for industrial clients, supporting the sales team in new customer acquisition and handling complex bid calculations and economic analyses. This role is unique because it combines high-level operational leadership with strategic business development within WISAG, one of Germany's leading service providers. You will oversee safety and risk management while driving the technological advancement of maintenance and industrial assembly projects. The position offers a high degree of autonomy, a company car for private use, and the chance to manage innovative, technologically demanding projects in a stable, permanent role.

Required Skills

Education

Completed technical vocational training with further qualification as a Technician or Master Craftsman (Meister), or a university degree in a technical field.

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in industrial maintenance and technical cleaning
  • Proven experience in a leadership or coordinating position
  • Extensive experience in planning preventive and reactive maintenance activities
  • Demonstrated experience in personnel management, including hiring and performance reviews
  • Experience in financial management, budgeting, and economic feasibility analysis
