Job Summary
This role involves the conceptual development and methodical design of strategic and operational administrative controlling and process management for the Mansfeld-Südharz district. As an Administrative Controller, you will be responsible for building and implementing process management systems to provide information for target-oriented administrative steering. Your day-to-day tasks include developing key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting target-performance comparisons, and performing economic efficiency analyses to optimize business processes. You will serve as a consultant to administrative leadership and various departments, providing sound recommendations for decision-making and coordinating project goals. Required Skills
Education
University degree (Bachelor, Master, or Diploma) in Public Management, Administrative Economics, Public Administration, Controlling, or Business Administration; or equivalent qualification such as Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt) or Administrative Business Administrator (Verwaltungsbetriebswirt).
Experience
- Professional experience in controlling, administrative steering, or organizational development
- Experience in the public sector environment is preferred
- Proven experience in process optimization and developing steering instruments
- Experience in advising management levels and preparing decision-making concepts
