Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in IT (e.g., IT Systems Technician or IT Specialist for System Integration) or equivalent professional experience. Instructor aptitude certification (AEVO) is ideal.
Experience
- Completed vocational training in IT or professional experience as a career changer
- Professional experience in PC hardware, peripherals, and network components
- Advanced experience with Microsoft server services and virtualization
- Experience with backup solutions and Microsoft Exchange is preferred
- Experience in customer service and technical consulting
- Experience in troubleshooting hardware and software problems
