Job Summary

This role focuses on driving the digital transformation of the German healthcare sector by advising statutory health insurance providers on online service strategies. As part of the Process Automation team, you will guide clients through the digitalization of business processes, including the implementation of service apps, customer portals, and self-service functions. Your daily responsibilities include managing technical support for the bitGo_Suite, leading migration projects, and identifying automation potentials within the BITMARCK_21c|ng ecosystem. You will act as a bridge between business needs and IT solutions, conducting workshops, creating documentation, and implementing new modules. Required Skills

Education

Experience

  • Professional experience in process and project management within a technical or consulting context
  • Experience in IT-supported process optimization and automation
  • Practical experience in setting up and maintaining online services or digital offices via a CMS
  • Experience in managing implementation and migration projects as a subject matter expert or lead
  • Professional background in the social insurance or healthcare sector is highly preferred
