As a Procurement Management Specialist for the City of Springe, you will serve as the central point of contact for the acquisition of office supplies, equipment, and consumables across the entire administration, including schools and daycares. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve managing the full procurement lifecycle, from conducting market research and planning to executing public tenders and direct awards. You will also oversee workplace services, including office space planning according to workplace guidelines and central relocation management. Required Skills
Education
Completed training as a Public Administration Specialist (Verwaltungsfachangestellte/r), qualification as an Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungswirt/in), or a relevant commercial vocational degree (e.g., Office Communication or Wholesale and Foreign Trade).
Experience
- Professional experience in public administration, preferably within a municipal setting.
- Experience in conducting and supporting procurement procedures and public tenders.
- Proven experience in administrative office communication or wholesale and foreign trade.
- Practical experience in contract management and financial administration.
- Experience in workplace service management or relocation planning is beneficial.
