Job Summary
As a (Senior) Technical Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of digital IT services for public sector clients. Working within an interdisciplinary team, your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 1st and 2nd level support, performing structured error analyses in complex system landscapes, and managing support tickets via Jira. You will also be responsible for maintaining knowledge bases, coordinating technical requirements with lead developers and project managers, and supporting software rollouts and configurations. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy problem-solving and want to contribute to socially relevant digital transformation projects. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a related field; alternatively, a completed vocational training as an IT Specialist (Fachinformatiker) with relevant work experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in technical IT support and service operations
- 5+ years of relevant professional experience if applying with a vocational qualification
- Proven experience in analyzing and resolving complex technical errors in IT landscapes
- Experience using project management and collaboration tools like Jira, Confluence, and Miro
- Experience in coordinating technical requirements between clients and development teams
