Job Summary

As a Functional Safety Engineer, you will be responsible for implementing safety projects throughout the entire lifecycle in accordance with ISO 26262 and IEC 61508 standards. Your daily activities will involve conducting comprehensive software safety analyses including SW-FMEA, FTA, and DFA, as well as evaluating software architectures for safety mechanisms and diagnostic concepts. You will play a critical role in deriving safety requirements, ensuring full traceability, and collaborating closely with hardware, software, and architecture teams. This position is unique for its integration of high-level safety consulting with operational execution across diverse industries like Automotive and Aerospace. You will work with modern safety tools and support the maintenance of the Safety Case for internal and external assessments.
