As a Field Service Technician for Scheidt & Bachmann's Parking Solutions division, you will be responsible for the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of modular parking management systems across the Rhine-Main region. Your daily activities involve diagnosing and resolving technical malfunctions in parking hardware and accessories, such as intercom and video systems. Beyond technical repairs, you will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing advisory services regarding spare parts and conducting training for client personnel to ensure smooth operations. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in the field of Electrics, Electronics, Electromechanics, or a comparable technical discipline.

Experience

  • Professional experience in the service sector, ideally with several years of practice
  • Experience in installing and maintaining electrical or electronic systems
  • Proven track record in technical troubleshooting and error analysis
  • Experience in customer advisory and providing product instructions to users

  • Valid Class B driver's license (passenger cars) is mandatory. High willingness to travel within the Rhine-Main region (e.g., Frankfurt, Wiesbaden, Darmstadt). Must be comfortable with PC hardware and software applications.
