Job Summary
As a Technical Support Specialist at Immundiagnostik AG, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between product development and practical laboratory application. Your daily responsibilities will include developing and validating application protocols, refining immunoassay products such as ELISA and CLIA, and providing technical consultancy to enhance automation capabilities. You will be responsible for the quality assurance of assays and the maintenance of laboratory equipment, ranging from small devices to fully automated systems. A significant part of the role involves customer interaction, where you will provide training, support, and product presentations. Required Skills
Education
Completed university degree with a biological, chemical, or technical focus.
Experience
- Professional experience with immunoassays or laboratory automation at a technical level is preferred
- Professional experience in technical support or customer training
- Experience in the development and validation of application protocols
- Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of laboratory equipment

- Valid driver's license (Class B) required; Willingness to travel approximately 30% nationally for customer site visits.
