Job Summary
As a Lead Software Architect within the Corporate Clients Tribe, you will play a pivotal strategic role in shaping the end-to-end health insurance business landscape. Your daily responsibilities include driving technology and architecture decisions, defining target architectures in alignment with Allianz principles, and acting as a key sparring partner for Tribe Management. You will orchestrate modern tech stacks, manage API and BiPro architectures, and ensure regulatory compliance across development processes. This position is uniquely attractive as it combines high-level strategic oversight with community leadership, allowing you to influence a large-scale IT ecosystem while fostering innovation through the Software Excellence Guild. You will work cross-functionally with Product Owners, developers, and data analysts to ensure scalable, future-proof system integration in a fast-paced corporate environment.
Required Skills
Education
University degree in (Business) Informatics, Mathematics, or a comparable qualification through relevant professional experience.
Experience
- Extensive professional experience in IT and software architecture
- Proven experience in cross-functional collaboration within agile frameworks (Tribes, Guilds)
- Experience in applying future-oriented technologies such as AI and Process Mining
- Experience in the health insurance sector or with Allianz Business System is preferred
- Demonstrated experience in making strategic architectural decisions balancing business and technology needs
