Job Summary
As an IT Support Specialist for Daily Operations in Berlin, you will be the backbone of the company's retail technology infrastructure. Your daily responsibilities include operating, supporting, and evolving a diverse range of hardware and software, including point-of-sale (POS) systems, PDAs, printers, and network components. You will collaborate closely with international IT specialists from the Danish parent company to troubleshoot issues and drive digitalization projects in areas like Cloud, IoT, and SD-WAN. Required Skills
Education
Completed IT vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or equivalent professional experience.
Experience
- Professional experience in the IT sector or a completed IT-related vocational training

- Experience in hardware and software fault analysis and troubleshooting
- Experience working with external service providers and international technical teams
- Experience in managing digitalization and automation projects
