Job Summary
As an IT Specialist at HEYCO, you will serve as the primary point of contact for hardware and software support, providing both on-site and remote assistance to users. Your daily responsibilities include managing user accounts, rights, and licenses within a Microsoft environment using UEM software, as well as overseeing system security, data backups, and patch management. You will be responsible for configuring and maintaining the internal IT infrastructure, including virtualization platforms, servers, and networks. Beyond routine maintenance, you will play a creative role in IT projects and may take on project leadership responsibilities. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in the IT field (e.g., IT Specialist for Application Development or System Integration) or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in IT administration and IT support
- Experience in managing Microsoft-based environments and user rights
- Experience with virtualization platforms and Linux systems
- Experience in documenting technical processes within ticket systems and knowledge bases
