Job Summary

As the Managing Director of Technology and Operations, you will lead Sachwert Invest, a subsidiary of Sparkasse Bremen, in a dual-leadership model. Your primary mission is to scale a digital investment platform that connects regional assets like real estate and art with blockchain-based financial transactions. Day-to-day, you will oversee the technical architecture, security, and scalability of the company's blockchain platform and mobile app while managing external technical service providers. You will be responsible for the entire value chain, from digital business development and regulatory compliance (MiCAR, eWpG) to B2C marketing and growth strategies. This role is unique because it combines the stability of a major financial institution with the agility of a fintech startup, offering the opportunity to roll out a regional success story on a national level.
