As an ICT Technician, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all information and communication technology inquiries for staff, external organizations, and suppliers. Your daily responsibilities include the active management of data protection and cybersecurity protocols, alongside the administration of software, hardware, and licenses. You will be responsible for the continuous maintenance and support of the existing ICT infrastructure while collaborating closely with Digital Burgenland GmbH to drive quality assurance and departmental development. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training or degree in the ICT (Information and Communications Technology) field.
Experience
