Required Skills

Education

Degree in Human Resources, Law, Public Administration, or Business Administration; or qualification as a Certified HR Professional (Personalfachkaufmann/frau) or Administrative Specialist (Verwaltungsfachwirt/in).

Experience

  • Several years of professional experience in human resources, personnel law, or payroll accounting.
  • Professional experience in payroll processing, ideally within a municipal or public administration setting.
  • Experience using personnel management systems, specifically LOGA is preferred.
  • Proven experience in recruitment and conducting job interviews.
  • Experience in managing HR projects such as digitalization or health prevention.
