Job Summary
As a Renewable Energy Coordinator focusing on electrical engineering, you will serve as the central point of contact for clients regarding electrical substation facilities and power grids up to 110 kV. Your daily responsibilities include analyzing the condition of technical systems, providing expert recommendations, and managing service delivery from initial order to final completion. You will work independently to develop technical and organizational solutions for both new and existing clients, including on-site technical support and the setup of workstations. A key part of the role involves evaluating measurement results and producing structured reports to ensure transparency. This position is particularly attractive due to its hybrid work model, flat hierarchies, and a strong focus on professional development. Required Skills
Education
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Master Electrician certification (Elektromeister), or a comparable technical qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in handling electrical substations and power networks up to 110 kV or a strong willingness to undergo intensive training in this area
- Experience in technical customer service and consulting is highly desirable
- Proven experience in independent project execution and solution development
- Experience in evaluating technical measurement results and deriving actionable recommendations

- Valid Class B driver's license required. Participation in on-call duty (Rufbereitschaft) is mandatory. Primary work locations are in Brandenburg or Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. Must be willing to work in a hybrid model based out of Hannover.
