Job Summary
This role involves providing pedagogical guidance and technical training to individuals with psychological impairments as they reintegrate into the workforce. Operating within a specialized vocational training center in Leipzig, you will be responsible for planning and developing practical work tasks specifically in the fields of electrical and metalwork. Your day-to-day will focus on motivating participants, fostering their individual skills, and documenting their learning progress within a multi-professional team. Required Skills
Education
Completed technical vocational training with a Master Craftsman (Meister) or Technician (Techniker) qualification.
Experience

- Experience in pedagogical instruction or vocational training
