Job Summary

This role offers a transition from on-site construction to a structured office environment at Solarwerke Westfalen, a leading photovoltaic service provider. As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be the technical lead for the AC-side planning of solar projects. Your day-to-day involves designing electrical system structures, selecting inverters and storage components, and ensuring all plans meet technical connection requirements (TAB). You will act as the 'Product Owner' for the electrical trade, providing technical guidance to field crews, managing material lists in the ERP system, and ensuring that meter cabinets are mechanically and electrically suitable for solar integration. This position is ideal for an experienced electrician or master craftsman who wants to leverage their practical site knowledge in a strategic planning and coordination role. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training as an Electronics Technician, Electrician, or ideally a Master Electrician (Elektromeister) or equivalent qualification.

Experience

  • Professional experience as an electrician, electronics technician, or electrical master craftsman
  • Several years of practical experience in the electrical sector, specifically with PV systems, inverters, and storage
  • Experience in technical planning, work preparation, or construction site coordination is preferred
  • Experience in evaluating electrical connection situations and grid requirements
  • Proven experience working with digital systems and ERP structures

  • The role is based in the technical back office (Innendienst) but may require occasional site visits for complex technical cases. Candidates must have deep knowledge of German technical standards (TAB) and electrical norms.
