Required Skills
Education
Completed degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture (Bachelor or Diploma), OR a Master Craftsman certification in a civil engineering trade, OR a qualification as a State-Certified Technician.
Experience
- Professional experience in civil engineering projects and public procurement law is desirable
- Experience in coordinating and leading construction projects
- Professional experience within public administration is considered advantageous
- Experience in managing contracts and negotiations according to German construction and service regulations
- Proven ability in conceptual work and team collaboration
