Job Summary

As a Grid Control Master Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the energy security of approximately 7 million people by managing the high-voltage grid and the integration of renewable energy sources. Operating from a central control environment on a shift-work basis, you will be responsible for monitoring grid stability, issuing switching permits, and coordinating operational measures to resolve disturbances. You will act as a key coordinator between field services and the control center, managing maintenance schedules and feed-in management for over 400,000 decentralized power plants. Required Skills

Education

Completed vocational training in Electronics for Industrial Engineering (or equivalent) plus further qualification as a Master Craftsman (Meister) or State-Certified Technician (Techniker).

Experience

  • Professional experience in electronics for industrial engineering or a related electrical field
