This role involves overseeing the laboratory operations and quality management systems for a leading international manufacturer of civil explosives and black powder. As the Laboratory Manager and Quality Management Representative (QMB), you will be responsible for laboratory testing, material approvals, and the continuous improvement of management systems. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audits, managing documentation, and analyzing quality KPIs using tools like Power BI and ERP systems. You will also lead complaint investigations and provide quality-related training to staff.
