Job Summary
In this role as an IT Instructor, you will be responsible for shaping the next generation of IT professionals by delivering practical training in network technology, system administration, virtualization, and IT security. Your day-to-day involves developing modern educational concepts, creating e-learning formats, and providing hands-on guidance to trainees as they prepare for their Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) examinations. Beyond technical instruction, you will mentor young talents, fostering both their professional and personal growth through project-based learning and database modeling exercises. Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training in an IT profession (e.g., Fachinformatiker) or a degree in Computer Science/Information Technology. Ability to obtain the AEVO trainer certification (AdA) is supported.
Experience
- Completed vocational training in an IT profession or a comparable qualification in Computer Science
- Professional experience in network operations, operating systems, IT security, or database management
- Experience in knowledge transfer or pedagogical environments is highly desirable
- Experience in preparing students or trainees for technical examinations
