Job Summary
As a Scientist in Protein and Immunoassay Development, you will play a pivotal role in the design and production of modern protein-based diagnostic tests for transplantation diagnostics. Your daily responsibilities involve developing and optimizing innovative HLA antibody diagnostic systems, with a specific focus on the spotting of recombinant antigens. You will manage the entire product lifecycle, from initial concept through to verification and validation within a strictly regulated IVDR and ISO 13485 environment. This position offers a unique blend of scientific research and production oversight, as you will collaborate closely with quality and regulatory departments to ensure scalable, robust processes. Required Skills
Education
University degree (PhD, Master, or Diploma) in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Immunology, or a comparable field of study.
Experience
- Professional experience in the development or application of biochemical or immunological test systems
- Experience in evaluating and interpreting complex biological data regarding signal and background behavior
- Experience in designing assays and understanding antigen-antibody interactions
- Experience working within regulated environments (IVDR, ISO 13485) is preferred
- Experience in technical project coordination and supervising scientific theses
