- Proven expertise in handling complex legal matters related to public service and labor law
- Experience in conducting administrative procedures and handling formal appeals (Widersprüche)

Additional
- Must meet the career law requirements for the grade A13 S (Oberamtsrat). German language proficiency at C1 level is explicitly required. Applicants with foreign degrees must provide proof of equivalence.
