Job Summary
This role is centered on ensuring product excellence within the testing and inspection department of a renowned electronics manufacturing partner. As a Quality Inspection Assistant, your daily activities will revolve around the visual surface inspection of printed circuit boards (PCBs) to ensure they meet strict customer specifications and internal quality standards. You will be responsible for the final quality filter, which includes creating inspection protocols, cleaning components, and securely packaging finished products for shipment. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in delivering perfect results. The role offers a supportive 'family' atmosphere with a structured onboarding process, making it accessible for career changers. Operating on a two-shift system, the position provides long-term security with a permanent contract, 30 days of vacation, and potential for permanent takeover by the client company.
Required Skills
Education
Completed vocational training is preferred; however, career changers with relevant practical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Experience
- Professional experience in quality inspection or testing is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Proven ability to follow technical work instructions and quality guidelines
- Experience working in a shift-based environment (2-shift system)

- Must be willing to work in a 2-shift system (Early: 05:00-13:00, Late: 13:00-21:00). High reliability and a focused, detail-oriented working style are required.
