Job Summary
As the Commercial Director for a growing network of Medical Care Centers (MVZ) within the Niels-Stensen-Kliniken healthcare group, you will hold full strategic and operational responsibility for the commercial success of multiple outpatient locations. Your day-to-day involves managing financial planning, budgeting, and controlling while optimizing billing processes (EBM/GOÄ) and liquidity. You will lead administrative staff, oversee digital infrastructure improvements, and act as a critical interface between outpatient and inpatient services. This role is particularly attractive for those looking to shape the 'ambulantization' of medicine within a large, value-driven Christian healthcare network. You will drive growth projects, such as expanding specialist areas and managing physician seat transactions, while ensuring efficient organizational structures. Required Skills
Education
Degree in Business Administration, Health Economics, Hospital Management, or a comparable field; alternatively, a commercial qualification with substantial further training in healthcare (e.g., Health and Social Care Specialist).
Experience
- Several years of professional and leadership experience in a commercial management function within the outpatient or inpatient healthcare sector.
- Professional experience in MVZ management, hospital departments, or complex medical facilities.
- Proven experience in financial controlling, cost accounting, and business reporting.
- Experience in managing medical and administrative teams (MFA, reception, administration).
- Experience with digital infrastructure and practice management software interfaces.
