Job Summary
As a Reporting and Data Engineer for DB InfraGO AG in Munich, you will play a pivotal role in the digital transformation of the new S-Bahn trunk line project. Your daily responsibilities involve developing central data management systems for metric-based project control and building out a Medallion architecture within a central Lakehouse. You will be responsible for orchestrating automated processes using Power Automate and Power Apps, while designing strategic dashboards in Power BI to monitor costs, risks, and schedules. A significant portion of the role focuses on developing scalable ETL/ELT pipelines using Microsoft Fabric, SQL, and PySpark to ensure reliable data transformation. Required Skills
Education
Degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration with an IT focus, or comparable vocational training such as IT Specialist (Fachinformatik).
Experience
- Professional experience in data management or digitalization projects
- Extensive experience with modern data engineering workloads in Microsoft Fabric
- Proven track record in data integration, preparation, and modeling
- Practical experience in the conception and implementation of automated solutions using Power Platform
- Experience in developing operative and strategic dashboards for stakeholder reporting
