As an IT Tooling & Process Associate, you will bridge the gap between organizational strategy and technical infrastructure at GameDuell, a major cross-platform gaming community. Your daily responsibilities involve administering the Atlassian stack (Jira and Confluence), designing complex workflows, and maintaining no-code/low-code automations. You will play a pivotal role in the company's AI strategy by managing AI playgrounds and scouting new services, while also ensuring the internal Knowledge Base remains structured across Google Workspace and Slack. This role is ideal for a process-oriented professional who enjoys translating business requirements into technical roadmaps. Required Skills
Education
University degree in Business Informatics, Digital Business Management, Business Administration and Engineering, Applied Computer Science, or a similar field.
Experience
- 2+ years of professional experience as an IT Process Associate and Tooling Specialist
- Expert knowledge in configuring Atlassian products including workflows, screens, and permissions
- Professional experience with technical concepts such as coding logic and API integration
- Experience in translating business requirements into technical roadmaps and actionable tickets

- The role is based in Berlin-Mitte with a hybrid work model available. Candidates must be able to work full-time or part-time. Experience with MS365 and Slack is required.
