Job Summary

As a Statutory Health Insurance (GKV) Application Specialist, you will join the IT Operations department to manage and optimize critical software systems. Your daily responsibilities include user consulting, automating workflows, and administering the '21c' core application along with its various add-ons. You will play a vital role in data management, license management, and the technical administration of online applications. Beyond technical maintenance, you will act as a strategic consultant, developing concepts for IT architecture and coordinating with external service providers. This role is highly collaborative, requiring you to ensure knowledge transfer across the organization while supporting the procurement of software and services. The position is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and wants to work in a stable, flexible environment with the benefits of the Metal and Electrical industry collective agreement. Required Skills

Education

Social Insurance Specialist (Sozialversicherungsfachangestellter) with further training in the IT field, or a comparable qualification.
