Job Summary
As a Service Sales Specialist at ENERCON, you will play a pivotal role in driving global after-sales strategy and governance. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve leading global tender governance, identifying early-stage risks, and managing escalation paths to ensure consistency across international regions. You will support major negotiations through direct involvement or coaching to secure strategic wins and define guidelines for non-standard bids. Beyond operations, you will analyze global tender pipelines to provide insights for Technical Marketing and Legal departments, while developing Key Account Management (KAM) frameworks and account plans. This position is unique as it offers high-level visibility into global market strategies and product lifecycle decisions, allowing you to influence the competitiveness of renewable energy services on an international scale. It is an ideal role for a strategic thinker who enjoys cross-functional collaboration and complex deal-making in a multi-region setup.
Required Skills
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or a comparable field
Experience
- 5+ years of experience in Sales, After Sales, Commercial Operations, or Services
- Professional experience in an international or multi-region setup
- Proven track record in negotiating large-scale or complex deals
- Experience in leading global tender governance and LOA processes
- Experience with CRM and ERP systems
Languages
Additional
- Requires cross-cultural communication skills and the ability to manage global escalation paths. Familiarity with collaboration tools like Teams and SharePoint is expected.
