As an IT Project Manager for Technical Customer Projects, you will serve as the vital link between clients and software development teams. Your day-to-day responsibilities include gathering business requirements, drafting technical specifications, and managing project lifecycles from initial concept through to acceptance testing. You will lead sub-projects, conduct quality assurance testing, and provide ongoing technical support and training to clients. Required Skills

Education

University degree (ETH, University, or University of Applied Sciences) in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration with a focus on Business Informatics, or a related field.

Experience

  • Professional experience in programming with Java and relational databases/SQL
  • Experience in the development of web applications
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating between business stakeholders and software development teams
  • Experience in leading (sub-)projects and managing technical customer relationships
  • Proven track record in creating specifications, concepts, and conducting system testing
