Required Skills
Education

Additional vocational training as a Social Insurance Specialist (Sozialversicherungsfachangestellter) with further qualifications (e.g., Health Insurance Specialist or Business Administrator) is desirable.
Experience
- Professional experience in processing health insurance data, including benefits, contributions, or billing records.
- Experience in optimizing and automating digital data processes.
- Proven track record in analyzing large datasets and identifying patterns for process improvement.
- Experience coordinating with internal teams and external technology partners.
