Job Summary
As a Technical Support Specialist at LABLIONS, you will play a critical role in the digital transformation of medical laboratories. Your daily responsibilities involve the remote configuration and setup of specialized laboratory information systems (LIS) and application software. You will be responsible for managing server migrations, performing server maintenance, and executing software updates across Linux and web environments. Additionally, you will handle technical customer inquiries independently, ensuring that complex interfaces are correctly configured and verified.
