Job Summary
As a Data Service Specialist at Liebherr-International, you will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and quality of corporate data across a global organization of over 50,000 employees. Your day-to-day responsibilities involve providing 2nd-level support for data processes and tools, validating and documenting business rules, and monitoring data quality to ensure service levels are met. You will act as a bridge between technical data management and business needs, coordinating data cleansing activities and leading expert groups to optimize governance. Required Skills
Education
Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
Experience
- Professional experience in master data management, data quality, or data operations
- Experience working with MDM tools, specifically SAP MDG
- Proven experience in coordinating data cleansing activities and project-related tasks
- Experience in defining and optimizing business rules within a corporate environment
