As the Group Lead for Crane and Power Plant Operations, you will take charge of a well-established team to ensure the continuous functionality and availability of critical plant components. Your daily responsibilities involve analyzing and optimizing operational processes to increase efficiency, managing troubleshooting efforts, and overseeing the commissioning of new systems. You will provide both technical and disciplinary leadership to your team while coordinating maintenance and defect rectification concepts. Required Skills

Education

Completed degree in Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Power Plant Technology.

Experience

  • Proven leadership experience in a technical environment
  • Extensive experience in the supply and disposal processes of power plants
  • Demonstrated experience in complex problem analysis and the implementation of innovative technical solutions

  • Participation in on-call telephone standby service is required after an intensive induction period. Must have the legal right to work in a permanent full-time capacity.
