Job Summary

As a Quality Engineer for Control Systems, you will play a pivotal role in the development and manufacturing of intelligent actuators for industrial automation. Your daily responsibilities include managing quality planning activities such as FMEA moderation, reviewing technical standards, and overseeing quality gates. You will take full responsibility for handling customer and supplier complaints, approving sample and series production stages, and creating comprehensive inspection plans. Beyond technical oversight, you will conduct internal and external audits, support supplier development, and analyze key quality metrics to drive process optimization. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who enjoys a mix of technical analysis and cross-functional communication. Required Skills

Education

University degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechatronics; Additional qualification as an Auditor (ideally ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 13485, GMP, and/or VDA 6.3).

Experience

  • Relevant professional experience in quality assurance, preferably within the industrial automation sector
  • Proven experience in applying standard quality tools and methodologies (FMEA, 8D, SPC)
  • Experience in conducting internal and external audits
  • Experience in moderating quality gates and managing technical change processes
  • Experience working with CAQ, PLM, and ERP software systems
